This block
used to be an ugly parking lot, but now houses the beautiful Arraj federal
courthouse. The landscaped lawn and plaza in the rear of the building
has been reserved for a seven-story wing containing approximately 175,000 of
space as a future expansion. The new courthouse, technically an annex,
is attached to the main courthouse across Champa Street via an underground
tunnel. |
