The site of
the new Premier Lofts was previously occupied by an older one-story
industrial building, as seen in the aerial photo above. The new
development greatly contributes to the urban character and density of this
area. The new building also pairs nicely with the existing building at
22nd and Larimer, creating an impressive street wall along 22nd Street (see
the 22nd Street elevation photo above).
Hopefully,
the remaining undeveloped portion of this block, the surface parking lot at
Larimer and Park Avenue West, will be developed soon. |
